A 50% deposit is required to ensure your commitment to the session and to respect both our time.

It also covers the cost of securing the dungeon space and preparation for the session. This ensures that both of us are dedicated to the experience and that I can allocate my time and resources accordingly.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance.

Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.

I’ll try to accommodate reschedules based on availability.

I am selective with whom I engage (as we all should be), and if you did not receive a response, there was likely a reason. Perhaps we were not a good fit. Perhaps your application was not well-written enough to capture my interest.
